The Destroy function allows users to permanently remove plants from the system when they are no longer viable, have died, or must be disposed of for regulatory reasons. This is a two-step process: first, plants are scheduled for destruction, and then the destruction is completed.
Verify the correct plants are selected before scheduling destruction.
Provide clear notes in the Extended Reason field to comply with regulatory requirements.
Maintain records of all scheduled and completed destructions for audits.
Use the Undo function immediately if a mistake is made during scheduling.
Navigate to the Cultivation tab.
Enter the Room where the plant(s) you want to destroy are located.
Select the plant/s you wish to destroy by checking the boxes next to each plant.
Click Schedule Destroy.
Select a Destruction Reason from the following list:
Other, Waste, Unhealthy or Died, Infestation, Product Return, Mistake, Spoilage, Quality Control
Enter an Extended Reason — a required field providing additional notes about the destruction.
Click Post to schedule the destruction.
Once scheduled, the plant’s status will indicate it is ready for destruction.
⚠️ Important: If a plant was scheduled for destruction by mistake, you can undo the schedule via: Administration → Inventory → Undo → Destruction Notification Otherwise, the plant must be destroyed again to remove it completely.
Navigate back to the plants that were scheduled for destruction.
Select the plant/s and click Destroy to permanently remove them from the system.
Confirm the destruction when prompted.
