Before performing any actions in the system, you must ensure that you are operating under the correct licensed location. This ensures that all plants, inventory, and transactions are logged under the proper license for compliance and reporting accuracy.
After logging in, check the top-left corner of your screen.
You will see the location name and license number displayed there.
This indicates which licensed facility you are currently operating under.
If this information is correct, you may proceed with your normal workflow.
All data you enter (plants, inventory, manifests, etc.) will be associated with that license.
If you manage multiple licensed facilities (for example, separate cultivation and dispensary sites):
Navigate to the bottom-left corner of the screen where the Shortcuts panel is located.
Click on “Switch Location.”
A list of all licensed locations associated with your user account will appear.
Select the correct location you wish to work under.
The system will update automatically, and the new location name and license number will appear in the top-left corner.
