The Plant Details window provides in-depth information and management options for an individual plant. From this screen, users can review essential details such as strain, birthday, and room assignment, as well as perform key actions like adding additives, transferring plants to inventory, printing tags, destroying plants, or designating them as mother plants.
Confirm the correct plant is selected before performing irreversible actions such as Destroy or Transfer to Inventory.
Regularly print or reprint plant tags to maintain accurate physical labeling.
Only toggle the Mother Plant option for plants intended for cloning or genetic preservation.
Always save and verify actions to ensure data integrity within the cultivation records.
Navigate to the Cultivation tab.
Enter the Room where the plant is located.
Locate the specific plant in the list.
Click the arrow icon next to the plant to expand its available options.
Select Details — this opens the Plant Details window.
Within the Plant Details window, the following fields and data are displayed:
Plant ID / Barcode — The plant’s unique system-generated identifier.
Strain Name — The strain associated with the plant.
Birthday — The date the plant was created or moved into cultivation.
Room — Displays the plant’s current physical or digital location within cultivation.
Mother Plant (Toggle) — Allows you to mark or unmark the plant as a Mother Plant by toggling the switch on or off.
The following actions can be performed directly from the Plant Details window:
Add Additives — Apply nutrients, growth additives, or treatments to the plant.
Transfer to Inventory — Moves the plant out of cultivation and into the inventory system.
Print — Prints a plant tag or label containing the plant’s identifying information.
Destroy — Permanently removes the plant from the system; typically used when a plant dies or is disposed of.
Mother Plant (Toggle) — Switch on to designate the plant as a mother plant, or off to remove this designation. Refer to Tutorial 11: Mother Plants to learn how to use Mother Plants.
