System Purpose:

This seed-to-sale platform is designed to manage and track all activities from cultivation to retail sale.It provides full compliance visibility into every stage of production, ensuring all plants, products, and transactions are properly logged with unique identifiers and traceability.

Main Functional Areas:

Cultivation Module: Used for managing plants, rooms, harvests, and waste.

Inventory Module: Used for tracking material, creating lots, converting products, and managing QA testing.

Dispensary/Retail Module: Used for POS sales and patient management.

Administration Module: Used for managing users, settings, and undo actions.

Navigation:

Top Left: Displays the current licensed location (license name and number).

Bottom Left Shortcuts: Provides quick access to key features such as inventory, manifests, and user management.

Top Right Shortcuts: Typically used for cultivation actions such as creating new plants, rooms, or collecting waste.

Data Integrity:

Each plant and inventory item receives a unique identifier for traceability.

All activity is logged and reportable for compliance inspections.
