Signing up for a UC Fleet Code:

Take the chartstring for the course or grant involved and fill out the Vehicle Rental Code Application. You will signatures from the Department Chair, Code User, Grant/chartstring Account Holder, and any additional Code Users. 

Renting with Enterprise Rent-A-Car: 

For the UC-Affiliated location, call ahead at (510) 705-8989 or sign up in person at 1990 Oxford Street.  With a Fleet code and a valid U.S. driver's license, car rental planning and prep can be quick and easy.  Same-day rentals are possible but making the reservation one or two days ahead will ensure rental success. They're open Mondays-Fridays, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.
