This will help keep traffic moving smoothly and allow us to have a pre-printed visitor badge ready for you when you arrive. Our Fall Fundraiser is in full swing! Catalogs went home with students last week, and emails from our fundraising company were sent from no-reply@fundraiseit.org on September 1st with your URL.Â

đ¨ Attention, Art Lovers! Art Club is returning for the 2026â2027 school year! Students in grades 3â8 are invited to explore their creativity, spend time with fellow artists, and complete a variety of exciting projects, including a ceramic sculpture.
Art Club will meet after school approximately twice each month. Pick-up will be at 4:00 p.m. in the breezeway. A $30 fee will be charged to each participating studentâs FACTS account.

We are excited to kick off the Ignite 2027 season and are looking for one or more families to host an Ignite Parent Party this fall.
This adults-only gathering is a fun and casual opportunity for St. Barnabas parents to come together, learn about this year's gala theme and fundraising goals, hear plans for Ignite 2027, and share ideas to help make the event a success.
Ignite plays a vital role in supporting St. Barnabas and enhancing the educational experience for all of our students. Hosting a parent party is a great way to get involved and help build excitement for this important event.

Updated 2026-2027 Calendar: Parent-teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, November 4, and Thursday, November 5. As in past school years, there will be no school on Thursday, November 5, or Friday, November 6. The school calendar has been corrected to reflect this schedule. View the updated calendar here.
Yearbook 2025-2026: If you did not order a yearbook but would still like one, we have a limited number of extras available on a first-come, first-served basis $30 per yearbook. Please email mgarey@barnabasohio.org to request one. Please note the 8th graders' yearbooks from last year are in the office.Â
SPAM Emails: Please be aware that phishing emails have recently been circulating from the School Office or Mr. Seislove. Before responding, clicking any links, or opening attachments, carefully check the senderâs email address and verify that the message is legitimate.Â
Cafeteria Lunch Accounts: If you would like your child to purchase lunch or buy Ă la carte items to supplement what was brought from home, he/she will need to have funds available on their cafeteria prepay account, as our cafeteria is cashless. Every Sunday, FACTS automatically sends an email reminder if your account is getting low or if it is in a negative balance situation. Please respond by promptly logging in and depositing a sufficient amount to cover any past-due balance and adding funds for near-term needs. Accounts with a negative balance exceeding $40 will be subject to a weekly $15 overdraft fee billed to the family incidentals account.Â

Extended Day: St. Barnabas School is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our Extended Day team! This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible hours Monday through Friday from 3:00â6:00 PM when school is in session. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and will report to the Extended Day Coordinator. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment for students, supervising children, and assisting with homework, crafts, and indoor and outdoor play. Virtus training and a background check are required, or applicants must be willing to complete both.
