We invite you to consider supporting the 5th Annual Heart to Heart Fundraiser, held in memory of Savannah Rose Adamczyk, the beloved daughter of a St. Barnabas family and big sister to St. Barnabas student Giuliana.
This special event benefits The Children's Heart Foundation and honors Savannah's life by helping fund research and bring hope to other families affected by congenital heart disease.
