Join us for Meet and Greet on Sunday, August 16 from 4:00 PM to 5:20 PM. Visit your child’s classroom, meet their teachers, and get ready for a great start to the year.
Join us for outdoor Mass (beginning at 5:30 PM) and a special Back-to-School Blessing. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets. This will be located on the field near the south parking lot close to the pavilion. Mr. Seislove will deliver a brief address highlighting this year’s theme and offering a few reflections on the year to come.
Stick around for inflatables, food trucks, and fellowship. Food will be available for purchase from Swenson's, Barrio, and Kona Ice, so come hungry and support these local favorites.
The school supply lists for the upcoming school year are available on our website. Be sure to check your child's grade-level list before you head out for your back-to-school shopping.

If your child will require medication during the school day, please bring the medication and all required paperwork to Meet & Greet. To ensure medications can be administered at school, the following are required: Physician signature, Parent/guardian signature, a current photo of the student, and medication in its original container (expired medication cannot be accepted).

Pre-K and Kindergarten Parents, join us for a Welcome Picnic on Friday, August 21 at 6:00 p.m. in the Pavilion on the St. Barnabas Campus.
This gathering, hosted by our PTU, is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow Pre-K and Kindergarten families, build new connections, and learn more about the St. Barnabas community. Parents of older St. Barnabas students will be available to share their experiences and answer questions about school life, programs, and what to expect in the years ahead.
Dinner will be provided and will include hot dogs, chips, water, and popsicles.

Religion: Hallow Bingo: This summer, we hope you and your family will continue to grow in faith! You will continue to have access to the Hallow App all summer long, and we invite your child to join the Hallow BINGO Challenge this summer.
Instructions: Choose a bingo square, log onto Hallow, search the title of the bingo square, and pray the prayer! Please note: some titles offer many options, so take your pick. When your child completes the ENTIRE bingo board, sign the bottom and bring it back in August for a special Hallow Dress Down Day! Don't forget: you have access to Hallow on 5 devices per student email address, so your entire family can pray!

Calling all incoming kindergarten families! Join Learning Ladder Gymnastics for a fun morning designed to help your child feel excited and confident before the first day of school. Camp includes gymnastics, games, story time, a snack, and a special "My First Day of Kindergarten" art activity while children meet their future classmates.

As you prepare for the new school year, please take a few minutes to review the St. Barnabas School Uniform Policy to ensure your child complies on the first day of school. The policy includes expectations for uniforms, shoes, hair, accessories, and PE attire.
Families who need to purchase PE uniforms should complete the online PE Uniform Order Form as soon as possible. All P.E. uniform orders placed by noon on August 12th will be delivered to classrooms for pickup at Meet and Greet on August 16th.
PDo you have a passion for technology and education? St. Barnabas School is seeking a Part-Time Computer Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year! This role includes teaching computer literacy and digital skills to PK–8 students, supporting teachers, and integrating technology throughout our school community. If you or someone you know would be a great fit for our faith-filled team, we'd love to hear from you!
SBS Educational Services Fees are $450/child in grades PreK-8. These are billed in five monthly installments of $90 each, and the first payment is due July 30th.
Cafeteria prepay credits have rolled over for the next school year. Check your available balance in your FACTS family portal and remember to add lunch money before the start of school. We recommend loading at least two weeks' worth of funds based on how often your family makes purchases.
Angel Scholarship Applications:
We have a limited amount of Angel Scholarship Funds remaining available to new families or existing families who missed our April 15th deadline. If you would like to be considered for a little assistance, please fill out the Angel Scholarship Application 26 27 by August 1st. Remaining funds will be distributed prior to the start of school.
Past Due Balances:
Per our tuition policy, any delinquent balance must be paid before August 1st. Failure to complete those payments will result in the child's name not appearing on published class rosters. We have a significant number of families who need to log into the family portal and make manual payments. Please do so this weekend.
