In partnership with our parish community, St. Barnabas School strives to deliver a first-class Catholic education that combines rigorous academics with spiritual development, guiding students on the path of Christ to become knowledgeable, moral, and compassionate servant leaders.
We are so excited to start up Youth Choir again! This wonderful group will sing primarily at our Friday school Masses, as well as many Sunday Masses throughout the year.
Who can join? All parish students in Grades 3–8
When? Wednesdays after school, 2:45–3:30 PM

As part of the Mighty Vincent Project—an annual week of meaningful service in honor of Vincent William Baran—we’re partnering with St. Herman House to prepare and serve a hot dinner on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Location: St. Herman House, 4410 Franklin Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44113
Time: Dinner service begins at 5:00 PM
This is a St. Barnabas Parish & School initiative, offering a wonderful way to live our mission, serve together, and make a difference.
While youth servers must be 12 years or older, volunteers of all ages are welcome to help shop for ingredients, prepare food, and assist in the kitchen.
Plus—it’s a great opportunity to earn service hours, open to students, families, and parishioners alike! Contact Lauren Loboda, our service project point person, with any questions.

EdChoice Scholarship
The State of Ohio has begun mailing EdChoice Scholarship acceptance letters to all new and renewal families. As part of the process, we are required to have a signed copy of this letter on file in the school office before we can officially accept the award and begin receiving monthly reimbursements.
What to d o when your letter arrives:
Sign the letter
Place it in an envelope marked “EdChoice”
Drop it off at either the school office
Please note: We are not permitted to accept electronic copies.
We strongly encourage all families to take advantage of this program. Every child in grades K-12 qualifies regardless of household income. You can still apply for the upcoming school year.
