Balodyan’s Payment Policy for Group Hindi Lessons for Children for Summer 2025
Long Summer Session (eight weeks weekly / three weeks daily programs) -
For the summer of 2025, Balodyan will offer two tracks of live online Hindi classes - 1) Weekly track for eight weeks and 2) Daily track for three weeks. See info here.
1) Fees are $240 per person for the entire weekly track for 8 weeks.
2) Fees are $450 per person for the entire daily track for 3 weeks.
3) Entire fees are due before the first class of each 8-week session.
4) Payment will be accepted only by Zelle to vidya@vyayam.com or by Venmo to @Vidya-Nahar (scan the QR code in the upper left corner). If paying by venmo, please add 3% extra to your payment amount.
5) Students of Beginner track (daily or weekly) will be required to purchase four books - A to Z in Hindi Volume 1 ($20) and Volume 2 ($20) , A to Z in Hindi picture dictionary ($30), and Hindi Learner -1 ($30). The set of four books is available for purchase from Balodyan for $100 + $15 for shipping and handling (if needed) for the entire set. The set needs to be purchased only once, and may be used over the following years. If a book is lost, the student may be required to buy another book at the individual price of the book.
6) Fees cannot be adjusted / refunded or carried forward to next session for missed classes.
7) If you don't want to continue with the program, your payment will be refunded after retaining $45 (cancellation fees) + $30 per class since the start of the session, until cancellation (whether you attended classes or not in the weeks / days before cancellation). No refunds will be issued after class 5 of each track.
8) Balodyan reserves the right to change any and/or all fees at any time.
9) If a class is canceled by Balodyan due to lack of minimum enrollment, the fees will be refunded in full.
10) Currently, all classes are held in online only format via Zoom conferencing. Let us know if you want to attend the class in person. Fees will be same.
11) After you submit your form online, please send your payment via Zelle / Venmo for appropriate amount payable to vidya@vyayam.com to confirm your enrollment.
12) In person classes will be offered if at least 6 students register for any time slot for in person classes. Let us know your interest for in person classes by email. Fees are same for in-person or Zoom classes.

For the month of August, 2025, Balodyan will offer four tracks of live online / in person Hindi classes -
1) Weekly track for four weeks on Mondays 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. - total four classes
2) Weekly track for four weeks Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. - total eight classes
3) Daily track for four weeks, Monday thru Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. - total twenty classes
1) Fees are $120 per person for the once a week weekly track for 4 weeks, $240 for the twice a week weekly track for four weeks.
2) Fees are $600 per person for the entire daily track for 4 weeks.
3) Entire fees are due before the first class of each 4-week session.
