All Balodyan classes are currently being offered online via Zoom Conferencing / in person. After you submit your form online, please send your payment via Zelle / Venmo for appropriate amount payable to vidya@vyayam.com to confirm your enrollment. 

In person classes will be offered if at least 6 students register for any time slot for in person classes. Let us know your interest for in person classes by email.              

With the help of text-books, stories, songs, skits, games, videos, picture books, technology tools, such as Edpuzzle, Voicethread, Book Creator, students learn to read, write and speak Hindi and Marathi. 

Balodyan adheres to world readiness standards of foreign language education set by American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages Inc. (ACTFL) .

Anybody 7 years and up can participate in Balodyan's learning activities.

Academic year classes run from the second week of September till the last week of May as per the days and timing mentioned below for different levels. There will be no classes during the Thanksgiving week, two weeks of winter break, and one week of spring break.

Hindi class level 1 (prathamaa) -  Saturdays 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Hindi class level 1 / 2 (prathamaa / dvitiyaa) -  Fridays 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Hindi class level 2 (dvitiyaa) - Sundays 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. 

Hindi class level 2 (dvitiyaa) class - Saturdays 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Hindi class level 3 (tritiyaa) - Fridays 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. 

Hindi beginning class for adults (ages 16 and up) - Tuesdays 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Hindi intermediate class for adults (ages 16 and up) - Sundays 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Marathi beginner class for children - Sundays 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Marathi beginner class for adults - Sundays 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Private lessons (Hindi / Marathi) for adults and kids are available.

New classes are always forming. If you've a group of learners, kids or adults, (at least 4) and are interested in a different class time for your group, please let us know. We will work on setting up mutually convenient class timings to facilitate your learning.
