Balodyan’s Payment Policy for Group Lessons for Children for the Entire Academic Year

1) Balodyan fees are $780 per year per person participating in group Hindi / Marathi learning program for once a week class, four classes per month.

2) If you want to enroll only for the first semester (mid September till end of January) or only for the second semester (February to third week of May), the fees are $410 per person per semester. Each semester contains 16 weekly hourlong classes.

3) Academic year of Balodyan runs from September second week to May third week of the following year. There will be no classes during the Thanksgiving week, two weeks of winter break, and one week of spring break.

4) Most learning materials are included in the fees. New students of Hindi will be required to purchase four books - A to Z in Hindi Volume 1 ($20) and Volume 2 ($20) , A to Z in Hindi picture dictionary ($30), and Hindi Learner -1 ($30). The set of four books is available for purchase from Balodyan for $100 + $15 shipping and handling  for the entire set. The set needs to be purchased only once, and may be used over the following years. If a book is lost, the student may be required to buy another book at the individual price of the book.

5) Entire fees are due first class in September. If you want to pay the annual fees in three equal installments, $260 are due before the first class of September, October and November each. 

6) Payment will be accepted only by Zelle to vidya@vyayam.com or by Venmo to @Vidya-Nahar (scan the QR code in the upper left corner). If paying by venmo, please add 3% extra to your payment amount.

7) Fees cannot be adjusted / refunded or carried forward to next year for missed classes.

8) If a same level group class is available for make-up, students may attend the make-up class for a missed class. A make-up class is a courtesy, and not an obligation of Balodyan. 

9) If you are the only student in the group class, and if you wish to cancel a scheduled class, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Any class canceled by the student within 48 hours prior to class will be considered as redeemed.

10) If your child / you don't want to continue with the program and if you let us know in September, your payment will be refunded after retaining $110. If you cancel after that, your payment will be refunded to you after retaining $100 for each month or any part thereof that your child was enrolled in BHASHIC.

11) Balodyan reserves the right to change any and/or all fees at any time.

12) If a class is canceled by Balodyan due to lack of minimum enrollment, the fees will be refunded in full.

13) After you submit your form online, please send your payment via Zelle / Venmo for appropriate amount payable to vidya@vyayam.com to confirm your enrollment. 

14) All Balodyan classes are currently being offered online via Zoom conferencing. In person classes will be offered if at least 4 students register for any time slot for in person classes. Let us know your interest for in person classes by email. Fees are same for in-person or Zoom classes.
