नमस्ते | पाँचवीं विश्व हिंदी वीडियो भाषण प्रतियोगिता की घोषणा करते हुए बालोद्यान को अतीव हर्ष हो रहा है| बोल-चाल में हिंदी के उपयोग को बढ़ाना, यह बालोद्यान-आयोजित इस प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य है |

बालोद्यान की पाँचवीं विश्व हिंदी वीडियो भाषण प्रतियोगिता के नियम -
१) यह प्रतियोगिता तीन आयु-समूहों में होगी : ७-१० वर्षों का आयु-वर्ग (वाचा) , आ) ११-१४ वर्षों का आयु-वर्ग (वाणी), इ) १५-१८ वर्षों का आयु-वर्ग (विचार)
२) प्रतियोगिता का विषय - कोरोना वायरस का हमारे जीवन पर परिणाम
३) हर वर्ग में - प्रथम पुरस्कार - $१०० (रू.७,७००) - प्रायोजक बेस्ट ब्रेन्स ऑफ बफेलो ग्रोव (https://www.bestbrainsbuffalogrove.com/contact.html#) , द्वितीय पुरस्कार - $७५ (रू.५,७००), तृतीय पुरस्कार - $५० (रू.३,७००), और एक दर्शक-प्रिय पुरस्कार - $२५ (रू.१,७००) | नए प्रतियोगियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए इस प्रतियोगिता के भूतपूर्व प्रथम पुरस्कार विजेताओं का विचार केवल दर्शक-प्रिय पुरस्कार के लिए ही किया जाएगा |
४) इस प्रतियोगिता में सहभागी होने के लिए कोई प्रवेश शुल्क नहीं है |
५) यह प्रतियोगिता विश्व में सभी देशों के नागरिकों के लिए खुली है |
६) हर प्रतियोगी से केवल एक ही प्रवेशिका स्वीकार की जाएगी |
७) भाषण की अवधि - अधिकतम तीन मिनट | इस से लंबे भाषण को अयोग्य ठहराया जाएगा | आयोजकों का निर्णय इस विषय में अंतिम होगा |
८) केवल हिंदी भाषा के भाषण ही इस प्रतियोगिता में स्वीकार्य हैं | अन्य भाषी शब्द, जिन का उपयोग हिंदी में सामान्यतः किया जाता है, उन का उपयोग स्वीकार्य है |
९) द्वेषप्रवर्तक, हिंसाप्रेरक, अभद्र, अपमानजनक, विषय से असंबंधित भाषण इस प्रतियोगिता के लिए अयोग्य / अस्वीकार्य होंगे | आयोजकों का निर्णय इस विषय में अंतिम होगा |
१०) भाषण केवल एक ही व्यक्ति को देना है, यह दो व्यक्तियों के बीच के वार्तालाप का रूप नहीं ले सकता है |
११) प्रतियोगियों को उनकी जन्म तिथि (जन्म प्रमाण पत्र या स्कूल के रिकार्ड) का एक नोटरी प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करने के लिए यादृच्छिकता से (रैंडमली) कहा जा सकता है |
१२) सभी प्रतियोगी अपने भाषण को वीडियो के रूप में रिकार्ड कर कर यूट्यूब पर अपलोड करेंगे | आप के जीमेल खाते के जरिए इसे यूट्यूब पर आसानी से, और मुफ़्त में चढ़ा सकते हैं |
१३) यूट्यूब पर अपने वीडियो का शीर्षक इस प्रकार से रखें : VHVBP2020 - प्रतियोगी का पूरा नाम
१४) अपने भाषण को आप घर, विद्यालय, खेल का मैदान, उद्यान, आदि किन्हीं भी जगहों पर रिकार्ड कर कर फिर उन्हें एक वीडियो में जोड़ सकते हैं |अपने भाषण में आप चित्रों जैसी किसी भी सामग्री का उपयोग कर सकते हैं |
१५) अपने भाषण को रिकार्ड कर कर यूट्यूब पर चढ़ाने के बाद आप उस की श्रृंखला (लिंक) को "सार्वजनिक" या "अप्रत्याशित" रूप में हमें इस प्रवेशिका द्वारा भेजें (गूगल क्रोम में इसे खोलें |) : https://forms.gle/hBZBV7mWVatU1gYZ7
१६) इस प्रतियोगिता में आप के भाषण के वीडियो प्रस्तुत करने की क्रिया से आप इस वीडियो के सभी अधिकार बालोद्यान को हस्तांतरित कर रहे हैं |
१७) सभी वैध प्रयोजनों (जैसे कि, शिक्षा, संवर्धन, भरती, अर्थार्जन, आदि) के लिए इस वीडियो का उपयोग करने का अधिकार बालोद्यान का होगा |
१८) सभी प्रवेशिकाएँ दर्शकों के मतदान के लिए खुली रहेगी |
१९) हर समूह में तीन/चार निर्णायक भाषा, भाषण शैली, भाषण के मुद्दे, स्मरणशक्ति आदि के आधार पर पुरस्कार घोषित करेंगे, और उन का निर्णय अंतिम रहेगा | जिस भाषण को सब से अधिक दर्शकों के प्रिय-संकेत (लाईक) मिलेंगे, उसे "दर्शक-प्रिय" पुरस्कार मिलेगा |
२०) हिंदी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में १४ सितंबर, २०२० को विजेताओं के नाम घोषित किए जाएंगे | विश्व हिंदी दिवस १० जनवरी, २०२१ तक ये पुरस्कार वितरित किए जायेंगे | भारतवासी पुरस्कार विजेता को पुरस्कार रुपैयों में और अन्य देशों में पुरस्कार डॉलर में "पेपाल", "चेस क्विक पे", या "चेक" द्वारा दिया जाएगा |

१) कोरोना वायरस की जानकारी आप को कब / कैसे / किस से मिली ? वह क्या है ?
२) कोरोना की वजह से आप के जीवन में क्या क्या बदलाव आए ? आप ने इस से क्या सीखा ?
३) कोरोना की वजह से आप ने अपने परिवार / समाज / देश / विश्व में क्या बदलाव देखे ? क्या आप इस विषय में कोई सुझाव देना चाहेंगे ?
४) इन सारे मुद्दों पर बोलना आवश्यक नहीं है | आप के विचार के अनुरूप जो आप को ठीक लगे, उस संबंध में आप बोल सकते हैं |

Namaste. Balodyan is happy to announce the organization of the fifth year of the only world-wide Hindi video-speech contest to reward and promote speaking in Hindi.

Rules of Balodyan's Fifth Vishva Hindi Video BHAASHAN Pratiyogitaa:
1) The contest will be held in three groups - vaachaa (वाचा) for learners of ages 7-10, vaaNii (वाणी) for learners of ages 11-14, and vichaar (विचार) for learners of ages 15-18.
2) Topic : कोरोना वायरस का हमारे जीवन पर परिणाम
3) Prizes for EACH group - first prize - $100 (Rs.7,700) - sponsored by Best Brains of Buffalo Grove (https://www.bestbrainsbuffalogrove.com/contact.html#) , second prize - $75 (Rs.5,700), third prize - $50 (Rs.3,700), and an audience vote prize - $25 (Rs.1,700). First prize winners from previous years of this contest will be eligible only for audience vote prizes in subsequent years to encourage more participation from other participants.
4) There is NO entry fee for entering this contest.
5) The contest is open to participants of all nationalities from around the world.
6) Only one entry will be accepted per participant.
7) Maximum time per speech is 3 minutes. Speeches beyond this time will be disqualified. Organizers' decision will be final in this regard.
8) Speeches in Hindi language only will be admitted in the contest. Some commonly used words from other languages will be acceptable.
9) Hate-inducing, violence-provoking, derogatory, vulgar, and off-the-topic speeches will be disqualified from the contest. Organizers' decision will be final in this respect.
10) Speech will be given by a single person in the form of a discourse / lecture, and not as a conversation with another person.
11) Contestants may be required randomly to submit a notarized proof of their birth date (birth certificate or school record).
12) Participants will video record their speeches and upload them on their Youtube account (this is a free account that can be activated with your free Gmail account).
13) Title your video on Youtube in this format : VHVBP2020 - Contestant's Full Name.
14) The speeches may be recorded at different locations (such as school, house, playground, park) and then compiled as one video. Use of props is encouraged.
15) Once you record your speech, and upload it on Youtube, make it Public or Unlisted, copy the link, and include it in your application at this link (Please open in Google Chrome) : https://forms.gle/hBZBV7mWVatU1gYZ7
16) By submitting your speech video in this contest, you agree to transfer all rights to your speech video to Balodyan.
17) Balodyan retains the right to use submitted videos for all legal purposes, such as, but not limited to education, recruitment, promotion, and revenue-generation.
18) All entries will be open for audience voting on Youtube.
19) Three/Four designated judges will award the prizes in each category based on criteria such as (but not limited to) language, content, clarity, memorization, delivery, and uniqueness of the speech. Judges' decision will be final. Prize for audience voting will be decided by the most number of "likes" received by contestants in each group. These may be different or same as one of the first three winners chosen by the judges in each group.
20) Winners will be announced on 14th September, 2020 on the occasion of Hindi divas. Prize money will be awarded in Rs. if the winner is located in India, everywhere else, it will be awarded in dollars via Paypal / check / Chase Quick Pay by the World Hindi Day - January 10, 2021.

1) How / when / from whom did you learn about Corona Virus ? What is it?
2) What changes did Corona Virus cause in your life ? What have you learned from this experience?
3) How has Corona impacted the life of your family / society / country / world ? Do you have any suggestions regarding this?
4) You don't need to talk about all of the above. Please feel free to choose what feels right for you.
5) Who do you want to thank for helping you with this video / speech?
