1. Attended Session
When your scheduled SI Session has attendance, you will be prompted to:
Confirm your attendance
Upload your session plan
2. No-Show Session
When your scheduled SI Session is a no-show, you will be prompted to:
Upload your session plan
Select what no-show activity you will be completing (if any)
Submit a no-show activity (if one is selected)

3. Observed Session
Whether your observation occurs when you have a no-show session or an attended one, this section of the form helps us to keep track of all semester observations. The prompts on this page tell us when you were observed, who was your observer, and how much time you should be recording on your time sheet for the pay period.
Additionally, this page gives SILs the (optional) opportunity to provide feedback about your observation, your observer, or the SI Program directly with the SI Team.
All scheduled SI Sessions must be recorded in the Session Log form before the end of each pay period. SILs are responsible for completing their session logs in a timely manner.
If a session is attended, SILs are expected to complete the form during their weekly Admin Time
SILs may not be compensated for their attended session time if they do not record the session via the Session Log Form
If a session is a no-show, SILs are expected to complete the form during the scheduled session time
SILs may not be compensated for their no-show sessions if they do not complete and upload a no-show activity via the Session Log Form
