As an ACC employee, you will have an employee email address. This is the email address you will use for all things SI. You will use this address to complete your professional development, access your attendance form, access the SI Hub, and receive important communications from the SI Team.
To set up your employee email, visit this website and click on the "employee email" link.
Important!!! Please note that you will lose access to your employee email after you discontinue being an employee at ACC. Make sure all your student course material is tied to your student email! If you have any questions about this, you can contact TECH at 512-223-TECH
You have probably logged onto MyACC services as a student, you can also use Workday services to access your pay stubs, W-2, check the status of your ACC Money Purchase retirement plan, and to set up and make changes to your direct deposit information.
Use this link to access online services and click the "employee" option to access all links related to your employment as an SI Leader.
All ACC employees now have access to Zoom, a platform that offers some helpful features for holding SI sessions, particularly the option of putting students in breakout rooms for working in smaller groups.
Go to Sign in and it should be able to create an account for you, where you can hold a meeting longer than 40 minutes. Be sure to sign in with your employee email account.

Resources for Sessions
This is where you can look at resources for specific disciplines. Every discipline that is supported by SI will have a folder, and you should feel welcome to look around to get ideas. Please make your own copy of any activity you like and modify as needed to reflect your course's material.

This is where you can view resources for marketing and advertising your sessions to your students. We also have templates in this folder for you to use to make flyers to market your sessions!
