Every new employee is required to complete online professional development. Every returning SI Leader is required to keep up with the required professional development as well. You can access these online courses by completing the following steps:
Go to Workday.
Click on the "Learning" icon.
You can search the location for the required training listed at the top of this page.
Or they will be under "most popular"
Select which required professional development online course you would like to start and enroll.
Click on the name of the course you selected.
You will see an "In Progress" tab on the right side of the screen. This will hold all the training events that you are working on.
Complete this professional development within three days of the HR Onboarding (otherwise you will be terminated!) Make sure to include which professional development you completed in the description of your logged hours in the timesheet.
Tapestry - ADA Awareness (every other year) - 1hr
Groundswell - Discrimination & Harassment (every other year) - 1hr
Meridians - Title IX & Sexual Misconduct Training (every other year) - 1hr
CyberSecurity Awareness Training (once a year) - 1hr
Active Shooter - (every other year) - 15mins
Returning SIL need to verify the status of their professional development on Workday, under 'My Transcript' in the 'My Learning' tab.
