A group of teachers, myself included, were invited by Eva laMadrid, to be part of an early adopter group for SEL in our campus.

The main purpose of this cohort, until now, is to continue using SEL activities in the classroom and to share these with other MSHS teachers so that more SEL is happening with our students.

After much discussion and deliberating it was decided that we are a middle school and that certain changes are necessary to move away from being a hybrid to being a true middle school.
