Rachel Sapola

Hi! My name is Rachel Sapola and I’ll be an Editor-in-Chief of The Spectrum for the 2021-22 school year. I love writing and I’ve loved working on The Spectrum since my freshman year as a staff writer for two years and an assistant editor this past year. When I’m not working on The Spectrum, I am a competitive figure skater, I play cello in Chamber Orchestra, and I am a part of our Math Team.

Hi! My name is Abby Schaefer and I am the senior sports editor for the Spectrum. I have been a part of the Spectrum for two years now and I am active in softball, dance, and many clubs here at the high school! I am going into Physical Therapy so I will be majoring in exercise science with a minor in psychology. During the summer, I love to visit Kelley’s Island and boat with my family. I am super excited for my senior year and can’t wait to expand the Spectrum with new, amazing writers!
