An organization which is most likely to convert to a paying organization has the following dimensions:

· The headquarter is based in Europe preferably in the United Kingdom

· It is active in the Social Media industry

· The employee size is between 10 and 49

Organizations which will most likely not pay for the service hold on to the following pattern:

· The headquarter is based either in South America or Asia

· Countries with particularly negative conversion rates are: Spain, Brazil, Canada and the Russian Federation

· The typical nonpaying industries are: Electronics, Consulting, Software Industry and Marketing

· The employee size is between 200 and 499 or even higher (500+)

Another goal was to search for patterns of organizations that are abusing the platform. The tracking worked up to a certain stage but unfortunately it was not possible to keep track of users who used either anti-spy software or were able to change their IP in another way. This was due to the limited available instruments and information.

Furthermore we made a paper containing 40 different analyzes. Due to a non-disclosure, this findings and charts remain secret and will not be published.
