4th week 09/28/14 - 10/03/14

We continued to look for more developer, bloggers, and survey candidates to make our research as complete as possible. Unfortunately, we couldn’t arrange a meeting with one of the developers we contacted.

In conjunction with Dacuda, it is planned that our team can meet with at least one of the cooperating companies that they are working with. Moreover, a representative from Dacuda is coming into the valley and therefore we also plan to meet with him.

Since we couldn’t arrange a meeting for this week, we concentrated our work on the marketing plan which should help Dacuda for their future with the app. An analytical analysis will help to find the location of where Dacuda stands now and where they should go, to make 3DAround an successful application used by many users.

The content of the marketing plan is subdivided into parts as followed:

    • Product

    • Marketing situation

    • Market segmentation

    • Marketing objectives

    • Marketing strategy

    • Marketing operation

    • Implementation and Monitoring

A first draft was sent to our project consultant in Switzerland.
