As part of our Emergency Preparedness Plan, each student will provide a gallon-size Ziploc bag on the first day of school. The bag will contain the following items:
- 3x5 card with child’s name, parent/guardian contact number, out-of-state contact number and additional emergency contact numbers
- Family picture.
- A note explaining to your child to follow his/her teacher’s directions, you will pick him/her up as soon as you possibly can, and to remain calm.
- One pocket/travel size kleenex (not a box).
- One travel size first-aid kit.
- Two energy snacks - avoid anything containing peanuts or peanut butter.
- One package of unsalted crackers or wafers.
- Two canned juices (5.5 oz). No boxed juices.
- One bottled water (16 oz).
- A small book, stuffed animal or toy that fits inside the gallon-size ziploc bag to reassure your child.
Gallon-size Ziploc bag must be marked with your child’s FIRST AND LAST name. Drinks and snacks must have expiration dates marked after the last day of school.
