After school care begins 15 minutes after dismissal to 6:00 pm for grades K through 8. An extra fee per minute is charged after 6 pm. Extended Care is open on all school days with the exception of the first and last day of school, the day before Thanksgiving, the last school day before Christmas vacation and Holy Thursday. An extra fee per minute is charged after 12:45 pm for 12:30 pm dismissal days without extended care. Extended Care also observes the same holiday schedule as the school. Hourly or monthly fee schedules are available. Billing is done at the end of each month. Any student on school premises 15 minutes after dismissal is automatically signed in to Extended Care. Any student not picked up including after extra-curricular programs or tutoring will be sent to extended care.
Dear Parent or Guardian,
The Extended Care Handbook has been written to provide an overview of the program. Parents are to read through the handbook to become familiar with the program and the guidelines and policies of the Holy Angels School Extended Care program. Parents must sign the Parent Agreement Form acknowledging that they have read the extended care program handbook.
Children using the extended care facilities need to follow all rules and regulations as prescribed in this handbook, which is in accordance with State Law. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be asked to leave the program in fairness to the other children.
The Extended Care program is an extension of the school and as such adheres to the philosophy and mission statements of Holy Angels School.
My helpers and I look forward to working with you and the children this year.
Sincerely,
Sister Olive, Sister Merle and Sister Ermelinda
Extended Care Staff

Holy Angels Extended Care
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities/Agreements
By signing the Holy Angels School Parent Agreement Form, I understand and agree that:
My child is not allowed to come and go freely from the Holy Angels Extended Care program.
If my child has not been picked up 15 minutes after dismissal time, I know that he/she will be signed in to Extended Care and I (or an authorized person) must sign them out each time.
I must notify the Program Director/Teacher, in writing, of any daily departure changes.
I must contact Holy Angels Extended Care program when my child(ren) will be absent on a scheduled day; I realize this is for my child(ren)’s protection.
If a medical emergency arises, Holy Angels Extended Care will first attempt to contact a parent. If unable to contact parents, the child’s doctor or emergency personnel will be contacted. (Be sure an updated emergency information sheet is on file).
It is my responsibility to see that my child(ren) is (are) picked up by the designated closing time of 6 PM. After 6 PM a late charge per minute per child will be assessed.
I realize that the Extended Care program does not provide corrections of homework. It does, however, provide homework supervision.
I understand I will be billed at the end of the month and agree to pay the charges promptly by the 10th of the following month.
