Desirable behavior requires the efforts of everyone. Students, parents and teachers should be aware of and consistently enforce the school rules. The following rules are maintained to develop self-control and Christian responsibility in children.
Students will not interfere with the learning of others.
Students will obey and respect all adults who are entrusted with their care.
Students will respect and not hurt others physically or verbally.
Students will respect and not conduct any form of bullying or harassment (verbal, written, physical or sexual).
Fighting or rough play will not be allowed.
Students will not leave the school grounds without permission.
Students will not enter the classrooms for any reason without a teacher present in the classroom.
Students will conduct themselves reverently and properly in church.
Students will respect all school property (books, digital devices, buildings, furniture, recess equipment, etc.)
Vulgar language will not be allowed.
Students are not to play or loiter in the restrooms.
Rocks, sticks, etc. will not be thrown at any time.
Gum will not be permitted in the buildings or on school grounds.
Students will not lie, cheat, steal or allow others to do so.
Students bringing weapons of any kind to school, or any school-sponsored function, will be expelled immediately.
All rules contained in the student handbook will be followed.
Parents and students must sign the Parent and Student Agreement Forms acknowledging the terms stipulated in this code. Any infraction of the above may result in disciplinary action. See Discipline.
Prohibited Transactions and Unethical Behavior Policy
Students are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of transactions that involve the exchange of money, goods, or services among themselves during school hours or on school premises. This includes, but is not limited to, buying, selling, bartering, or trading personal items or services.
In addition, students must not engage in coercion, bribery, or any form of manipulation to force or influence another individual to act against their will or better judgment. This includes:
Offering or accepting money, gifts, or favors in exchange for personal gain.
Pressuring or threatening others to perform tasks, favors, or actions.
Using influence or promises of rewards to manipulate peers, teachers, or staff members.
Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, which may include parental notification, detention, suspension, or other appropriate consequences as determined by the school administration.
