Your former college roommate, an exchange student from a developing African nation, has become Prime Minister of his/her home country. Several China-based multi-national corporations, sponsored by the Chinese government, have offered to build infrastructure, develop mining and industry, and oversee his/her country's oil exploration. He/she is seeking your advice on the matter. Write a three paragraph letter in which you note the most significant pros and cons of accepting help from the Chinese, and ultimately make a clear recommendation to your roommate on their proposal.
