Chromebook Cart Charging

Most people assume that the green on/off switch located on the side of some of our new carts would control the carts power... Nope! We've found that it only controls the four outlets like a power strip.
Instead, and what has caused some of the charging issues, there is a button on the inside of the left side of the cart, that controls whether the cart is charging or not. Essentially, when the LED light is SOLID, it is not charging. You need to press the button, which results in a blinking LED light, and now it is charging.
