Reusing a Post in Google Classroom

In Google Classroom, you never need to retype a post (announcement, assignment, or question) you've done before. Whether is for another class, or because it is a new semester or year. Try using the option to "Reuse Post."

Step 1: Click the + sign in the bottom left corner.

Step 2: Choose "Reuse Post"

Step 3: Choose the class that had the posting you want to reuse. And then click "Select."

Step 4: Choose the post you want to reuse, and click "Reuse."

You will notice that all of your details from the posting are ready to be assigned. Your title is the same, as are the directions and attachments. However, pay special attention to the due date, which always defaults to "Tomorrow." You can still select all of the classes you want to, and you are ready to "Assign."
