Dear members,CCC children are so talented that they can draw crowds comparable to professional concerts! Thanks to our dedicated parents and supporters of CCC, we had a huge turnout for our May performers! Many thanks to Sudha and Sekar, we were able to host them all very comfortably.

Performers Soundarya, Varsha, Anand, Divya and Sruthi, all did a fantastic job and novice slot Janani charmed everyone with her beautiful Vasantha varnam. We had all our senior mrudangam talents in action during this event: Chinmai, Gopal and Sanjay all did a wonderful job. Divya and Vignesh's violin accompaniment was melodious and supportive too!

All the Cleveland competition winners and Papanasam Sivan competition winners got the deserving mentions and recognition from CCC members! In return, their parents and the parents of May CCC performers treated all the guests with a yummy dinner co-sponsored by Tirupathi Bhimas. Thanks to Kanaka for co-ordinating the food ordering/distribution and special thanks to Namdev for his help with food pick up from the restaurant. It was heart-warming to see so many enthusiastic people, who extended their help with food packing/distribution, thank you all for your unrelenting support to CCC!

I'll post the details of the September event as soon as it is finalized. If you have been attending CCC events regularly and would like your child to perform in the Fall months (Sep/Nov/Dec), please do email me your preferred choice months and I'll try to accommodate your requests, where possible.
