Please be reassured that we always want to work with parents and carers to work together at Belmont Infant School to resolve any issues. Talking, listening, compromising and resolving issues quickly is always preferable.  Most issues can be resolved informally without the need to use the formal complaints procedure. We take all your concerns seriously and make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible. In the very rare event that we are unable to resolve issues please see our Complaints Policy & Procedure 2025
