Timaeus讀書會(1 Mar 2013)

上次討論遇到的段落有點困難，除了τὸ ὄν 和τὸ γιγνόμενον的對比，思想和感覺、知識和意見的對比之外，也涉及到柏拉圖如何看待這生滅宇宙、對於copy以及描述(logous)的「真」。由於上次未能清楚進行研討，下次的讀書會將再次研讀Timaeus 30-34的段落。

特別值得一提的是，下次讀書會正好是名古屋大學金山彌平教授(Prof. Yahei Kanayama)訪台期間，因此，金山教授將會參與我們的讀書會，與我們一起研討！

範圍：Timaeus 30b-34a

The next meeting of our reading group on Timaeus will be on 1st March 2013, Friday morning, at the Philosophy Department of Soochow University (外雙溪校區, 第二教研大樓8樓, the same room as before), from 10.00 to 12.00. We will read Plato's Timaeus 30b-34a again where we were baffled by Plato's attitude toward the not-really-true Universe and Discourse in Timaeus' introduction to his description of the Cosmos.
