Timaeus讀書會(12 Apr 2013)

The next meeting of our reading group on Timaeus will be on 12th April, Friday morning, at the Philosophy Department of Soochow University (東吳大學外雙溪校區, 第二教研大樓8樓, the same room as before), from 10.00 to 12.00.

Last time, at our meeting on 1st March 2013, we were so glad to have Professors Mariko and Yahei Kanayama with us. The photo attached was taken in the garden of Chien Mu Residence. (Dennis was taking the photo; Chia-en came later.) We read Plato's Timaeus 30b ff. extremely slowly. This means we are indeed going into a passage which is philosophically worthy of reading.

We will continue to read Plato's Timaeus from 32b.

(We are indeed still at 32b. For we have been extremely slow.)

I don't think we will cover more than five pages. All are welcome.
