The next meeting of our reading group will be on this Saturday (21 October 2017), at 13:30.

We will start with Plato's Sophist 235b. Now the visitor from Elea has drawn Theaetetus' attention to the difference between productive making and mimetic making. The latter can be divided again into two kinds. It seems one kind of mimesis is better and with a touch of truth.

Usually we read two or three Stephanus pages each time.

If you don't come regularly, but like to come this time, please tell me in order to book a bigger table.
