Special Sauce for Burgers

(Adapted from a Bon Appétit recipe)
Makes about 1¾ cups (Halve the ingredients for a smaller batch.)
1 cup of mayonnaise
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
4 teaspoons adobo sauce from canned chipotle chiles in adobo*
¼ teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
*Leftover chiles can be frozen for future use.
1. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Whisk or stir until it is all well-blended.
3. Put in a jar or bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
