Annual Association Meeting (12/12/2013)

BOARD ATTENDEES: Mike Hogan, Mike Sandstrum, Frank Maruco, George Sinclair, Briana Francois, Tyler Linkenhoker (ABSENT: Ray Dalto).

2012 Minutes -- Approved, with minor typo corrections.

Activity Fund -- Balance is $1,142.

Holiday Lighting -- New lights this year; looks great.

Entrance Landscaping -- Remulched; looks great.

Garage Sale -- 22 families participated; better traffic flow this time.

Front Retention Pond -- Recertified in December; good for another 18-months.

Tree Trimming -- Ray Dalto assigned to lead project to phase trimming incrementally; trimming includes the ficus trees.

Bulk TV Contract -- Current contract with BrightHouse expires end of 2014; Board *must* have a TV contract per Association documents *unless* an amendment is made, which requires a two-thirds vote. Idea floating to amend our amendment procedures to require only a 51-percent vote to approve an ammendment. If bulk contract will remain, Board plans to compare bids between BrightHouse, Verizon, and DirecTV. If bulk TV is discontinued, annual dues would decrease by about $400 per home.

Elections -- No nominees submitted, other than the encumbants. Therefore the Board members remain the same. Mike, Tyler, and Brianna are renewed for 2-year terms covering 2014/2015.

New Road Signs -- Look good.

New Street Light at Lift Station -- Looks good; kudos to Ray Dalto.
