Directions: Hawthorn Park is in northwestern Manatee County, west of Bradenton. From Manatee Avenue, take 75th Street W northbound to 9th Avenue NW westbound to our neighborhood. Please note that the only access to Hawthorn Park is from 9th Avenue NW.
Directions from Orlando & East Tampa: I-75 south to S.R. 64 west, then follow the instructions above.Directions from St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa: I-275 south across the Sunshine Skyway to US-19 south. Then follow US-41 or US-41-Business south. Cross the Manatee River and turn right on Manatee Avenue westbound, then follow the instructions at the top of this page.Directions from South: I-75 north to S.R. 64 west, then follow the instructions above.PLEASE NOTE: The U.S. Post Office mailing address for homes in Hawthorn Park may use "Bradenton, FL 34209" or "Palma Sola, FL 34209". Also, for purposes of taxing authority, public safety, and other government services, Hawthorn Park is located in Unincorporated Manatee County (not within the Bradenton city limits).
