Architectural
Review --
Hawthorn Park is a deed restricted community. Exterior
alterations such as (but not limited to) paint, landscaping, and pool
installation require the written approval of the ARC. A standard
form is available to facilitate the review and approval process.
When you use the ARC form, you trigger the ARC Committee and the Board of Directors to review, and
hopefully approve, your planned project. The form is to be
completed and submitted to the Board before the
improvements are started. Basic Procedure: Get
the ARC form. You can print one right now on your
computer. Please select any format that works for you:
[HTML] [PDF] [RTF] [Microsoft Word DOC] Complete the form. Please describe the planned project, especially sizes, textures, styles, and colors. A sketch or drawing may be very helpful. Remember that your project may not be approved if it conflicts with Hawthorn Park By-Laws. Submit the form. Please give your completed form to Ray Dalto, who chairs the ARC Committee in 2009. Stand-by for review. Projects will normally be reviewed and approved within 2 or 3 weeks when they conform to Hawthorn Park By-Laws and established ARC standards. If your project is not approved, or could be modified for approval, you will be contacted by Property Management or a Board member. [This page last
