The Board of Hawthorn Park operates within the regulations of the State of Florida and the County of Manatee. Decisions are made at Board meetings. Meetings are announced in advance, and are open to all members of the Association. Most (but not all at this point) of our official documentation is available on-line. Since 2004, when our first Hawthorn Park web site was created, brief summaries of the Board meetings have been placed on the web. Note that the official meeting minutes are captured by property management company, and are not on the web. Contact property management to explore their archive.
