Introducing: Electronic Signing
Imagine you have to get a notice or an agreement signed, but you know it will take quite some time before you receive it back signed since the recipient has to print it, sign it and then also scan it before they can send it back. And what if they don't even have a scanner or printer?
With the help of our service Electronic Signing, the process will be quick and easy for all parties involved.
What needs to be signed is sent to the recipient via SMS or email with a request for a digital signature. You see exactly who signed it and when, a digital signature has the same probative value as a physical signature. You can follow the signing process in real time on the web or through notifications via SMS or Email. As soon as the document is signed, you will have a copy.
If you want to protect the contents from unauthorized readers you can combine Electronic Signing with the service Secure Messages, where a digital signature is required to open the message.
