How do I send a text/SMS message?

To send a text/SMS message is as simple as sending an email.

1. Create a new message

2. In the to-field, write mobilephonenumber@esms.nu

3. Write the text you prefer in the message field and send it!

Seconds later the message will reach the receiving mobile phone.

Problems signing with OTP when opening the email on the phone

Mail apps can have a setting for opening links within the app instead of the phone web browser.

If you have received a signing invitation by email, for OTP signing, you can have trouble going back to the inbox to collect your OTP since the web view is closed when you go back..

You have two options:

1. Keep your finger on the link in your signature invitation until you get the option to open it in the web browser.

2. Go to the app settings and deselect the option for opening links within the app.

What does the error messages mean in the log?

There are a lot of different error messages in the logs, it is not always clear what they mean. Here you can read about some of them, you could also give us a call if you have specific questions.

How do I send a fax?

To send a fax message is as simple as sending an email.

1. Create a new email message

2. In the to-field, write faxnumber@efax.nu

3. Write the text you prefer in the message field, attach the files you want to send and click send!

When the fax is processed, the transmission receipt will be delivered to your email automatically.

We want to use the service on one more computer in our organisation, what do we have to do?

All equipment and all computers that can send email can also send text/SMS and fax without the need for additional soft- or hardware. As long as the email address you use for sending text/SMS or fax is a registered user, it can be used on different computers and systems. TellusTalk's services are only validating the email address, not the sending machine or system.
