Logs

The logs are updated in real time and will show all traffic on your account.

Depending on your level of access, you will either see only your own logs, the logs of the organizational unit you have access to or the whole account.

You can download the logs to .xlsx or .csv if you want to.

You will only download the first page, so make sure to adjust the Limit to cover all the transactions you need. A maximum of 5000 rows is recommended.

To the top right you can choose a compact or an extended view and also navigate to the next page.

Filters

"Show all" can be changed to search by:

- country code (exclude 00 or +, only use the country code)

- job id/conversation id if you are searching for a specific transaction.

- Msg command if for advanced search.

"Article" can filter on specific types of traffic, like SMS, Link-SMS, Fax and so on.

"To/From" can filter on user id or recipients address (number or email).

"Id" is for when you are looking for a specific transaction, the message id is on your delivery report.

"Status" will filter on transaction status.

"Max date" will display all traffic up to the date/time you put in.

"Limit" is the number of transactions shown for each page. You can normally change this to up to a few thousand before it times out.

Please note, that in compliance with GDPR and your account settings some logs transaction details will be deleted, they are marked with a bin and will not show up on some filterings.
