Administration

There are two main types of admin log in. One which enables you to administrate the whole account and one which is personal i.e. tied to a single user in the organisation.

Account administration -for entire or parts of the organisation:

User administration -for your personal settings

Internal billing

If you would like to spread the cost in your organisation, requires that an organisation tree has been set up.

Statistics

If you have the need to control the traffic in a back log context then you go to the Statistics in the Customer Admin interface.

Logs

To view the current state of your traffic you go to the Logs section of the Customer Admin Menu.
