Predefined recipient groups

The SMS service enables you to easily send and receive information from different staff categories. You store the recipient groups on your personal web pages or in your email/HR system. To address a group you simply type your message in your web browser and click a button.

Manage replies on your requests

Any replies to your group request will arrive directly in your email. You can easily see who has replied what and continue the conversation with each and everyone who has replied.

All the time you work with your email where you can track and manage all your conversations, your staff reads and replies to your messages using SMS. Very fast and easy.

Additional functionality - opt in registration

If you want your staff to be able to register for upcoming work shifts we recommend that you use a keyword.

Assume that Karen wants to work for the WATCHCOMPANY and wants to register to the group interested in working NIGHT; she can text ”WATCHCOMPANY NIGHT” to 72080.

The HR manager can then easily manage all requests for this group. Registration and deregistration from the "NIGHT" - list is performed by the employee herself.
