Customer Clubs and Loyalty Programmes

Send SMS to and receive information from loyalty program members' mobile phones.

Members can be stored in the members recipient list either on the web, in your own email account or in your own CRM system. If you want members to be able to reply to your SMS mailings, the reply messages can easily be directed to your email or your CRM system.

The standard customer club

The standard customer club is a base package for delivering text messages to club members. One sender - a person or a system - can send text messages to mobile telephones all over the world. Delivered text messages can be replied to by using our reply pool numbers as SMS/text message originators and the replies will be delivered back to the initial sender’s email or CRM system.

If you always want to have the same number as originator, you can rent your own mobile phone number, this is an add-on service. This number can be used to receive text message and MMS replies, as well as providing a means for the club member to submit tips or info using SMS or MMS. Received SMS and MMS messages will be sent to an email address or a system, you decide.

Special clubs – opt in registration using SMS/text messages

If loyalty program member prospects should be allowed to subscribe and unsubscribe themselves to your club/list it is easy to upgrade the standard club by connecting a mobile phone number or a keyword to your customer club.

By advertisements and information on your web page it is easy to distribute the number or keyword to prospect club members.

The sending mobile phone number will then automatically become a club/list member and can start receiving SMS from you that you send from your email, TellusTalk personal web pages or your CRM system. A new subscriber receives a membership confirmation text message together with info on how to send a STOP message in order to unsubscribe from the group/list.

There are more benefits from using a keyword for your club. Being a vegetarian you want to be updated on what’s happening in the vegetable counter. The solution is to create your own keyword combination for vegetarians. Vegetarians can subscribe by sending SUPERMARKET VEG to 72080.

Using the keyword method, club membership is started by sending a SMS message starting with the keyword to 72080; "Send SUPERMARKET to 72080 to receive info by SMS!"

With a mobile telephone number subscription is initiated by sending a SMS message with the keyword ”START” to the number; "Send START to +46730120120 to receive info by SMS!"
