Adjustable validity time

Validity time is the time the mobile operator will re-send a message before termination.

Depending on why there is delivery problems, retries can be made for up to 72 hours.

It is only when a message is delivered, or when terminated by validity time, that a delivery report is sent.

This means that you could be waiting for up to 72 hours before you know if the message was delivered or not.

There are several different ways to set your own validity time, minimum 10 minutes.

If your are using our API, validity time is set in your call.

If you send via your Toolbox, you can set validity time at each time.

If you only send by email/SMTP, we can set validity time to individual users. This will affect all messages from that user.

This solution is recommended for users sending time critical messages, such as OTP(one time password), votes, auctions, delivery information and so on.
