We expect a lot from you, and we know that you need flexibility and time to stay balanced and deliver your best. We trust you to balance your work and personal needs. We don’t want you counting days, worrying whether you have a "sick day" to take, or worrying whether you can make it on the family trip this year. Book the trip. Stay home and get well. Book a spa day. Stay home with the kid. Do the right thing.
You must take at least 5 consecutive work days each year.
Don’t take more than 10 days off in a row.
Get approval from your manager via Namely.
Managers can restrict how many people are absent at once.
Do the right thing. Don't abuse it.

If you've worked....
6-12 months, we'll give you $450.
1+ years, we'll give you $650 + $100 each additional year.
Other details:
Don’t go sit on a beach. We don’t pay for that.
Use the #international_travel channel in slack to confirm your trip using the slack workflow, and we’ll give you the stipend the first Friday of your trip.
You can use the stipend once in a 12 month period
