Here at Levelset, we're all about showing them the money, but it's totally fine to want to learn more about how to (say it with me now) SHOW ME THE MONEY!
This is a recording of our exciting session on the investing basics: risk, reward, diversification, oh my!

Karla is Levelset's first female Board Member.
She's been a leader, CEO, and co-founder in the fintech space for over 10 years.
She joined us for Wednesday lunch to discuss her career path, and share some of the advice she has as a woman in leadership.
Lamaan is a Cairo based health and life coach
She previously worked for a cosmetic start-up in L.A. where she was the only female employee
She has since returned to Cairo where she started her own youtube channel and podcast, Cut the Crap.
See the #401k_onboarding channel for more details
Fellow Bravo watchers may recognize her from her guest appearances on the show Vanderpump Rules, but she is also a stand-up comedian, actress, screen-writer and podcaster. Her podcast, "Be Here for Awhile" tackles a variety of topics ranging from dating and pop culture to race relations in America, mental health and wellness, and finding strength during hard times.
Rachael joined us to talk about what it's like being a female comedian in the male dominated entertainment industry and how she handles misogynistic comments from fellow entertainers and even on her own social media platforms.
You can find Rachael online, or listen to her podcast "Be Here For A While." Important Note: Rachael is a comedian. Her stand-up routine contains adult content, but for the purposes of this meeting the content presented will be completely professional and relevant.
Personal finances don't need to be painful. In this session, we'll cover how to think holistically about your finances, especially given the uncertainty during the pandemic. We'll talk about how to plan for everything from the next month to preparing for the next few decades. The first 30 minutes are a presentation, and the last 30 minutes are helpful Q&A. Some resources:

In this wellness lunch and learn, we did a deep dive into nutrition and wellness with Emily Van Eck! The topic is how to stay mindfully healthy at home, and Emily discusses body experiencing (how to let hunger and fullness be your guide), mindful eating, joyful movement, breaking up the sitting routine, and the facts and myths about healthy eating.
The lunch and learn is a 45 minute workshop / presentation, followed by a 15 minute Q&A, and Emily provided us with a one batch cooking recipe and moving activity.

This session will provide tools to establish boundaries with work/life balance, especially as we continue to work remotely.
We'll take a look at defining mindful boundaries, with an emphasis on avoiding burnout and transitioning from home to work (and back again) when it is all in the same place - and for some folks, in the midst of family.
Join this 25 minute recorded session where Lisa takes us through a guided meditation.
