Hello,

My name is Mr.Shareeq and I will have the pleasure of being your child's math teacher this year. When it comes to teaching I believe that it takes a village and encourage all parents to communicate with me if they have any questions. Strong relationships between teacher students and teacher parents will lead to successful academics for our students. Furthermore, my teaching philosophy consists of setting high standards for our students and having them be accountable for their actions. As our students are entering young adulthood, it’s imperative that they learn to adapt to higher academic standards and learn accountability.

Outside of work I am an advocate for healthy living especially for our youths. The earlier our kids learn about the connection between what you eat and how you feel the better. This concept took me years to grasp but I hope it happens earlier for our students so they can live healthier lives. Additionally, I love to read books, watch movies and sports!
