Purpose:
To photograph in the style of Walter Wick, inspired by his work in the “I Spy” children’s book series.
To photograph an arrangement of objects that express a similar theme.
To arrange objects into a complex composition that leads the eye and demonstrates an understanding of balance, lighting, and color.
To create a rhyme that connects to the hidden objects.
The Gardens Secret Whispers
Among the petals fresh and bright,
Four treasures hide just out of sight.
One floats down soft as morning dew,
From wings that soared in skies of blue.
Round and red, a garden treat,
Nature's gift so plump and sweet.
Then listen close, a tiny song
From something small that hums along.
Last but not least, from ocean deep,
A swirled surprise that mermaids keep.
All these treasures, can you say,
Which ones in the flowers lay?
Seashell Secrets
By the shore where seashells rest,
Four treasures hide within their nest.
Tiny spheres of midnight blue,
Sweet as morning's sparkling dew.
Standing tall with golden face,
Following sun with gentle grace.
Ding-a-ling, a chiming sound,
Echoes softly all around.
Last to hide among the shells,
Where summer stories often dwells,
A tiny crown to shade the day,
Can you guess what's tucked away?
