How did practicing mindfulness affect your photography?
When going outside and spending time in the nice weather it brings a sense of peace to your mind. Separating myself from the group and just taking time to look around at the now blooming flowers. Really tuning in all of your senses looking around, smelling the breeze, feeling the grass, it all really grounds you.
Did you notice things you wouldn’t have otherwise?
The way none of the flowers were quite perfect but they all looks so pretty either way. The way the plants in the garden bloomed ontop of the leaves that had fallen in the fall creating new life of something thats not alive anymore.
How do your photos reflect mindfulness or being present in the moment?
Just taking it all in and being with the time/ season. Its currently spring and anything that includes just going outside and feeling it all id say classifies you as being in the moment. letting your feelings and emotions be realy with themselves and just find your inner peace.
