Congratulations to the Texan Team Tennis for their victory over Fredericksburg today, which has allowed them to advance to the state tournament! Additionally, congratulations to the girls' cross-country team for qualifying for the regional meet by finishing third in the district. The Texan Marching Band will also participate in the regional marching contest in Giddings this Saturday.
Homecoming Week has been exciting so far, and there's still more to look forward to, including the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the 2005 Football State Championship team, the announcement of the King and Queen tonight at the football game, and the dance scheduled for Saturday.
As you can see, this is a very busy time of year. I want to remind you that progress reports will be posted today, so please take a moment to review your student's grades. Don’t hesitate to check in with teachers and encourage your students to attend tutorials while there is still time to improve their grades.
Have a great weekend!
