To assign your tickets, follow this link. Please enter the email address that your tickets have been assigned to (Ticket manager). Your partner success manager will have communicated this email address to you if it is different from the one you provided in your onboarding survey.
When you enter the email address, you will receive an email containing the link to your personal ticket dashboard. For security purposes, this link will expire after 48 hours. (Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to arrive in your inbox.)
Once you have followed the link, you will see your ticket package under ‘My orders’. By clicking ‘Manage tickets’, you will be able to assign your tickets.
In the ticket dashboard you can:
View your ticket status
Check your ticket details
Edit your ticket details
Transfer your ticket to someone else*
Grant access to company scanning mode
Create your personal profile
The deadline for assigning tickets is November 10.
We recommend that you allocate all your tickets as soon as possible. Early allocation of tickets will allow you and your colleagues to create your Web Summit attendee profile and start networking with other attendees.
Please note that any staff working at your booth (not involved in build, load-in or load-out) should be allocated one of your Partner tickets.
Your organization's ticket manager will have the option to assign a company scanning mode to your team members.
Company scanning mode should only be granted to your internal employees, as all leads collected via company scanning mode will be accessible by everyone from your organization that has this feature.
More information about this functionality can be found here in our lead generation section.
